What
are your business hours?
We do not keep regular business
hours. We book tours and workshops by arrangement. This gives us all better use of
time
and follow through. On occasion same day tours or visits can be accommodated.
Normally your credit card or check in advance reserves your tour or workshop. There's no charge to visit our gift
shop or nursery, it just takes a call to make an appointment.
Can
we just stop by and take a look around your gardens?
It's
seeing, smelling, tasting, feeling and hearing about
herbs and spices, with fascinating history, storytelling, demonstrations
and refreshments that creates the
‘experience’ and value of a guided tour. Book a tour.
We guarantee you'll have an inspiring time. If you've already visited and wish
to stop by to shop please call.
If
we booked a tour and couldn't make it can we get a refund?
Like
buying a ticket to a benefit dinner, a concert, or movie ... refunds
are not available. Substitutions
are encouraged.
Can
we bring children to your gardens?
Experiences here are
remarkable for children. Parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles traveling with children tell us
our tour is an experience everyone can
enjoy. Our pathways
and gardens are carefully maintained. It's important that children walk gently,
not run, kick up the gravel, climb
into beds, or walk on retainer walls. Closely attended
children are welcome.
Do
we get a Garden Tour with our Wreath Making Workshop?
Our
Garden Tour is longer than the tour we
offer with Wreath Making Workshops.
Can we bring our dog to your gardens?
We love dogs but ask that you do not bring them to our gardens. It's an issue of
safety. It also keeps the focus on the tour and plants rather than pets.
Guide dogs for the blind are the exception.
Can
we bring our drinks into your gardens?
We ask if you bring it in kindly pack it out.
Please help us keep our gardens green and clean for everyone's enjoyment..
Can we smoke in your gardens?
No, please smoke in your car. Smoking changes the experience of garden aromatherapy.
Can
we use our cell phones in your garden?
This time with
nature offers peace for everyone. If you need to call or receive calls
please do so before or after our tour near your car outside our
gate.
Is your garden open year-round?
We're active
with tours April into October. November through February our gardens are in winter slumber.
You are welcome
to call and book a visit if we're available. Thank
you for your thoughtfulness. Sincerely, Rosemary & Tim |
